WHERE WE WORK
Annapolis
Heading toward the eastern shore, Annapolis is about 30 miles east of D.C., is the seat of Maryland government and home to the Naval Military Academy. It offers both stately waterfront property and water adjacent property with riparian rights. There is also a lively downtown area with lovely historical homes, charming shops and restaurants.
Bethesda
Situated northwest of D.C., Bethesda is home to the National Institutes of Health and the Walter Reed National Military Hospital. Its picturesque neighborhoods include charming historical single family homes as well as stately new construction homes. The vibrant restaurant and shopping area in downtown Bethesda offers several luxury condominium options.
BOWIE
Bowie, Maryland was ranked by CNN Money in 2014 as the 28th best place to live in America. The area is largely popular due to its estate homes, often found on large parcels in gated communities, and its proximity to major thoroughfares leading into downtown D.C.
Capitol Hill
Capitol Hill, the largest historic residential neighborhood in D.C., is perhaps best known for also being the seat of the U.S. Congress. This vibrant neighborhood also boasts shops, outdoor markets, and new award-winning restaurants, while providing an easy commute into downtown D.C.
Chevy Chase
The area comprising Chevy Chase includes both a subdivision in D.C., as well as a small town spilling over the border into Montgomery County, Maryland. Its picturesque tree-lined streets are peppered with large historical and architecturally interesting homes.
CRESTWOOD
While Crestwood, Sheperd Park, Colonial Village and 16th Street Heights are distinct subdivisions in Northwest D.C., they are all in very close proximity to one another and share many characteristics. These neighborhoods, which border Rock Creek Park, are overwhelmingly residential and characteristically quiet and picturesque, making them long favored areas among residents.
Easton
About 40 miles east of Annapolis in Talbot County, Easton is a shore community of approximately 17,000 residents. It has historically been a popular destination for second homes and in more recent years Easton has become a popular destination for retirees seeking 55+ communities.
GEORGETOWN
Always a local favorite, the Georgetown subdivision of D.C., situated along the banks of the Potomac River, is a sought after historical area also known as a commercial and entertainment hub in the Northwest quadrant.
KALORAMA
Just south of Cleveland Park and north of Dupont Circle, the Kalorama subdivision of D.C. includes Kalorama Triangle and Kalorama Heights. This historic area is known for its many embassies and for being a sought after area by politicians and foreign dignitaries.
POTOMAC
Situated on the Potomac River about 18 miles outside of D.C., Potomac, MD is known for being an ideal setting for those seeking large estate homes, often custom builds, on substantial acreage.
Silver Spring
Popular for its many subdivisions with picturesque tree-lined streets and close proximity to D.C., Silver Spring also has a bustling downtown area and commercial district.
Upper Marlboro
Historically regarded as horse country and about 20 miles southeast of Downtown DC, Upper Marlboro is a popular suburb of DC for its proximity to DC, large estate homes and expansive green space
